leadership | adam jones and taylor cell, founding principals
line design is led by its founders. every project at the firm is overseen from concept through completion by a principal, not handed down through layers of management, which means our clients work directly with the people making the decisions that shape their building. adam jones is managing principal and co-founder. a licensed architect with deep experience in adaptive reuse, hospitality, and mixed-use development, adam leads the firm's architectural practice and oversees production, technical delivery, and client relationships across the studio's portfolio. taylor cell is design principal and co-founder. taylor leads the studio's design vision and creative direction, with particular focus on hospitality, experience design, and the integration of architecture and interior design. taylor also leads the firm's technology, brand, and operational infrastructure. our senior team includes julianna turner, aia, architecture director, and caroline buckner, ra, alongside a studio of architects and designers chosen as much for their craft as for the way they think.

Adam brings decades of experience in revitalizing overlooked urban sites into vibrant, income-producing developments. His expertise in adaptive reuse, historic tax credits, and strategic redevelopment has been instrumental in reshaping downtown Dallas and other cities across the country.
Taylor leads the studio’s design vision with a focus on clarity, intention, and impact. His work moves fluidly between architecture, interiors, and urban design—translating complex ideas into spaces that are grounded, expressive, and enduring.
